  and product names are the trademarks of the respective holders.

* FAV means Fire Anti-Virus kit

* Customer means the individual or the organization who have purchased FAV

* Prognet will not be liable and not responsible for any damages including
  loss of data or loss of business information or loss of any kind which may
  arise from the usage of FAV Or malfunction of the FAV or disruption,
  interruption or suspension of the FAV software.

* Prognet make no warranty of any kind expressed or implied with regard to
  usage of FAV or the documentation contained in this book.

* The money paid for the purchase of the FAV is non-refundable under any
  circumstance.

* Prognet reserves the right to change any or all aspect of FAV without
  any prior notification.

* Free updates available for a period of one year. After the license period
  completion, user can renew the license.

* Solution for the new virus will be provided only after Prognet finds the
  solution however prognet is not bound to provide solution for all new viruses.
